1970s – Go Away!

Featured Project

We had worked on this house before – fixing problems of a bad design (rotted vertical siding, leaky windows, and an unwelcoming entry). The family struggled to make this house function well. After giving up and exploring the housing market they decided to come back to it with a new approach.

We worked with Broadleaf Architecture to start from the studs and work our way out. New floor plan, entry, kitchen, and new stained-cement shingle siding. It barely looks like the same house – no need to look further for another place to live!
