Design & Budget

We begin by helping our clients clarify what they want to see happen. That usually includes recommending an architect or a designer. For the most part, it involves listening.

As the vision for the project becomes clear, so must the budget. We strongly encourage our clients to define a comfortable budget from the outset. Then we work very hard to develop a plan that stays within it. W. L. Construction strives to keep our rates well within the local market while adequately compensating our crew for the fine work they do. We are neither the most, nor the least expensive contractor in the area. We simply want to be the best!
