If you are a "Do It Yourselfer", we are here for you. Sometimes the creative process of contracting and / or building one's own project is irresistible. We understand that completely! If your DIY decision is a budgetary one, we can serve as a bridge so that you are not charged top retail dollar for your materials or put to the back of the subcontractor's line. Our longstanding relationships with suppliers and subcontractors can be of great benefit to you.

Negotiating the tricky terrain of permits, architects / designers, subcontractors, and scheduling has been the demise of many owner-built projects. We hate to see that happen and are happy to assist you with any or all of these aspects. We charge a flat hourly rate for one or two consultations or can draw up a contract that covers regular consults for the duration of your project.
