Design:
We begin by helping our customers clarify what they want to see happen. That usually includes recommending an architect or a designer. For the most part, it involves listening.
Contracts:
Once there is a clear direction and a set of plans, we put together a line-item budget and timeline that serve as the basis for a contract and for tracking the costs of the project from start to finish.
Finances:
Typically, we bill our customers weekly. This keeps everyone current on the progress of the project and keeps surprises to a minimum.
